When you send an enquiry or a message through this website we collect the details you type into the form: your name, your email address, your telephone number, your dates and room preference, and anything you write in the message field.
We do not ask for payment details through this website. Payment is handled at reception on arrival or departure.
Only to answer you, to hold or confirm a booking, and to arrange anything you have asked for such as a transfer or a conference room. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping us look after your stay.
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and our own records, then deleted. If you would like your details removed sooner, write to us and we will do it.
This website sets only the cookies it needs to work. We do not run advertising trackers. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so before they go live.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@legacylodgemw.com and we will respond.
